Meng Sie is a dedicated and passionate
Pilates Instructor. Since introduced to Pilates in 2003, she has
been practising it passionately and rigorously and has strong
beliefs in its benefits. In 2009, she progressed to pursue full-time
teacher training at Pilates Bodyworks in this area. She has taught
in Pilates Bodyworks and is also currently teaching at various
organizations. She hopes to create more awareness on the benefits of
Pilates through teaching and reaching out to more people with
specialized interests: such as Pilates for pregnancy, Pilates for
kids, Pilates for elderly, as well as Sports Pilates.

Meng Sie has attended Advanced Pilates workshops such as the
