Azrie: Through a trainer friend of
mine and after doing research on affordable marketing advertising for my
fitness services. |

Please tell us how you got involved in fitness. |
| |

Mohd
Azrie: I was an active and
avid sportsman. Participated in various sports (from soccer to combat
sports) for schools and clubs. Was also a national athlete for the sport
of Silat and was always on constant experiment to improve myself either
technically or physically. Thus my interest and thirst for knowledge in
fitness grew. Studied Diploma in Sports & Wellness to pursue my goal and
took several specialized certifications to constantly improve myself.
What I learnt in theory, I put it into practice and continue to progress
and excel in what I do. This benefited me hugely as an athlete, coach,
trainer and a friend to my colleagues and clients. |

What's the best thing about being a Fitness Professional? |

Azrie: Getting to meet clientele
of various backgrounds, race and characters. Making friends and sharing
what I do best to help benefit them in terms of fitness or improvements
to their lives. |

moment. |

Azrie: Train smart and persevere.
Whatever your fitness goal, you have to be dedicated, passionate and
knowledge-savvy in order to reach your goals. |

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Azrie: I aspire to be a popular
and trusted strength and conditioning expert in Singapore. And my
ultimate aim is to set up my own strength facility which specializes in
conducting fitness boot camps and training combat athletes. |
