A friend of mine recommended me to join this website and when I browsed
through it, I'm confident that it will definitely help in boosting my
career as a freelance personal trainer. |

Please tell us how you got involved in fitness. |
| |
|
Mohd Khairul:
When I was young, I was a skinny kid and I often got bullied by the
bigger guys. So my friends and I decided to start working out when I was
about 17 years old. From then on, when my friends noticed my
transformation, they started to seek my advice on training and dieting. I
also realized that good trainers are hard to find, and this is how I
became interested in becoming a trainer. Fast forward 10 years later, I
believe that my experience in training techniques and strategies would
benefit those who want to start training without injuring themselves. |

What's the best thing about being a Fitness Professional? |

Mohd Khairul:
To share my knowledge with my clients, and to see the transformation in
their physiques and lifestyles, is what really makes my day as a Fitness
Professional. |

What's the worst thing then about being a Fitness Professional? |
| |
Mohd Khairul:
This is the best question! Most people want to see desired results - FAST
- without putting in much effort, and then they BLAME us - Their Trainers
- when things don't go according to plan! Eventually these are the ones
who quit training and get unhealthy for the rest of their lives. Secondly,
there are many trainers who claim that they are the "BEST trainers" simply
because they have countless certificates - but that does NOT mean they are
necessarily good trainers! In fact, I have seen many people getting
injured while engaging so-called "good trainers".
I believe what makes me stand out from others is that I have the patience
and determination to achieve great results for my clients. |

Can you tell us more about your fitness philosophy? |

|
Mohd Khairul:
I firmly believe in a Never-Say-Die attitude. I also believe that EVERYONE
can achieve their goals if they are determined enough and willing to work
hard. All I guarantee is that it would be FUN to have me as your Personal
Trainer! |

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Mohd Khairul:
I hope to be a successful fitness trainer and I will keep doing personal
training as it is a great chance to make a difference in someone’s life.
This has always been my lifelong dream: to keep fit and to help others. |
